9th CONVOCATION

A Momentous Celebration

The 9th CONVOCATION of School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, An Institute of National Importance, Ministry of Education, Government of India is scheduled to be held on 10th October 2025 (Friday) for the Graduands of 2025. The 9th CONVOCATION will be held in offline mode at Krishnaveni Sabhagar, SPA Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

All the Graduands of 2025 are required to fill the online ‘Graduand Application and Consent Form’ at https://forms.gle/ixBDegL8tHzvndvu5 latest by 25th September 2025. Graduands are also requested to pay the requisite Convocation fee of Rs.2000 for the 9th Convocation of SPA Vijayawada through the SBI Collect system of SPAV prior to filling the form.

The list of Graduands for the 9th Convocation will be available shortly on the institute website www.spav.ac.in/9thconvocation2025.html . Any discrepancies must be immediately reported to SPAV authorities at convocation9@spav.edu.in.

Graduands attending in person will receive their original degrees at the event. Degrees for those in-absentia will be sent via registered post to the address provided in the form.

Guest seating in Krishnaveni Sabhagar is reserved only for Gold Medalists, Top 3 Rank holders, and Thesis Toppers per program. Other guests may view the ceremony in nearby halls via a live display.

The dress code, stage rehearsal on 09th October 2025, timing, detailed schedule, and further information about the 9th Convocation of SPA Vijayawada will be updated regularly on the institute website. Graduands are advised to check the website frequently for the latest updates.
