Eligibility & Admission

Admission is made on the basis of Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA 2022). Students must qualify requirements as per Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB).

Programme Objectives

The key objective is to prepare students for professional practice in Architecture. As an undergraduate programme, it has broad scope, providing exposure to a variety of interests and assisting students to discover their own directions for further development.

The programme aims to attain excellence in Architectural Design. The design course is the core of the programme, supported by courses in Humanities, Technology, and Professional streams—built on strong foundations in communications and data processing. Emphasis is placed on developing faculties of discernment and decision-making.

PG Admissions — JAAP-PG 2026

M.Arch, M.Plan, MUD, and MBEM programmes are admitted through the Joint Admission to Architecture & Planning — Postgraduate (JAAP-PG 2026) centralised portal.

  • Registration: 02 Mar – 29 Mar 2026
  • Special Round: from 26 May 2026
  • Physical Reporting: 15 & 16 July 2026

PhD Admissions — Rolling Admissions

SPAV announces Rolling Admissions for Doctoral Programmes (Part-Time & Full-Time) in Architecture and Planning. Apply via the Samarth portal.

Students admitted through Rolling PhD Admissions must report at campus as per the instructions in the notification.

UG Admissions — JoSAA / CSAB

B.Arch and B.Plan admissions are through JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) and CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board).

DASA admissions for UG programmes are based on JEE Main ranks. International students apply via the DASA scheme.
